Barbara Jo Smith, 59, Springfield, passed away July 30, 2012 in Mercy Hospital.
She was born November 28, 1952 to Avery and Lillian Smith in Springfield, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters, Ruby Leffer, Rosalee Caufield, Patty Thomas and Connie Sloan.
She will be missed by her three sisters, Vicki Boatman and Penni Gill of Nixa and Judy Horton of Springfield, her brother Melvin Smith of Reeds Spring and one step son, Shane Lipe of Bolivar and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 18, 2012 in Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Willard, MO.
