She was born April 14, 1962 in Decatur, IL to Donald and Mary (Fultz) Potter.
Immediate survivors include three sons, Samuel Edwards and Patrick and Donald Potter, two daughters, Theresa Chapman and April Holland, two sisters, Sherry Knuese and Patty Echelmeyer.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
