Barbara Lane Nanninga, 71, Springfield, passed away on Monday September 30, 2013.
She was born on October 2, 1941 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Claude and Rose Bloom.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Stanley Nanninga; children, John Graham, Ann Bloom, and Betty Lou Paulus; grandchildren, Kaitlin Huizar, Curtis Ide, and Leila Rose Paulus; and great-grandchildren, Avery Huizar, Gabriel Huizar, and Cami Ide.
Memorial Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2013 in Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Fergus Monaghan celebrant under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, 3161 W. Norton Rd. Springfield, MO 65803.
The family would like to thank all of the doctors and nurses at Select Specialty Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and Mercy Hospice for their great care of Barbara.
