Artie was born July 13, 1957 in Springfield, Missouri to Richard and Joan Setters. He was preceded in death by his father; and his daughter, Charity Church.
He is survived by his four children, Christy Gemmill, Jennifer Davis, Artie Neal, Holly Neal; his mother, Joan Setters; and 10 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2007 in Hazelwood Cemetery under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut.
