Anthony Freitas

Anthony Edward Freitas, 30 years old, of Springfield, Mo., left this earth way too early, as he passed away May 21, 2021, in his home.

Anthony was born August 12, 1990, at Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, Ca., to Christina Taylor and Anthony Freitas.
Missouri became a new home to Anthony in 1994 and later where he began a family of his own and made friendships that will last a lifetime. Anthony graduated High School at Glendale where he received a football scholarship to Missouri Valley College.

Anthony was a Single Father, who was dedicated and loved his boys more than anything. He was a loyal, hard working man, who enjoyed his job at Rent-A-Center, where he thrived in sales. He had a love for music and art but more than anything, Anthony had a passion for making the ones around him laugh, smile and to be happy. He had a gentle smile that was contagious and would spread love and joy wherever he went. Anthony was a kind, sweet soul, an Amazing Father, a Loving Son, a Thoughtful Brother, and Selfless Friend. Anthony will be deeply missed by so many, but his memory will live on in all of the lives he touched.

Anthony was welcomed with open arms, proceeded in death by his Father, Anthony Freitas, among other loved ones. He is survived by his two sons, Mason and Maverick Freitas. His mother, Christina Taylor, sisters, Kristen Freitas, Katie Freitas, Carol Newland and Many other Loved Family and Friends.
