Anthony Jarrett Cook, 85, Springfield passed away September 23, 2006 in Christian Health Care East.
"Buddy" was born Oct. 1, 1920 in Springfield, MO to Robert and Alice Cook.
He is survived by his ex-wife of 25 years, Patricia; his step-children, Dennis, Sarita, Nela Mercado, Debi Small all of Springfield, MO, Norma and Bryan Lawson of Columbia, MO; his twelve grandchildren, Anitra Smith, Darren Smith, Adrian Laddimore, and his wife Latissa, Arthelle, and his wife Jamea Mercado, Shalitha Mercado, Darius Mercado, Azuare Bedell, Steven, Jerron, and Jerome Small, and Brian Hayes and Michael Hayes; twelve great grandchildren; his sister, Suzanne Cook; and numerous cousins and friends.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday September 29, 2006 in Hazelwood Cemetery under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut.
