Anita Kay Seabaugh, 58 of Springfield passed away in her home Thursday evening June 28, 2012.
Anita was born Dec. 28, 1953 in Lubbock, Texas to Don and Donna (Smith) Ham.
She is survived by her husband, Thom; her daughter, Brandi Seabaugh; her grandchildren Skylar Seabaugh and Wyatt Wolfe all of Springfield; her sister, Janice Ham of Cape Girardeau, Mo. ; her brother, Ernest Ham of Marshall, Mo.; her niece, Heather Ham of Cape Girardeau; many other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. No visitation is planned.
