Anita Louise Delp, 59, Springfield, MO departed this life Monday, January 27, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
She was born October 25, 1954 in Salem, OH to Robert T. and Evelyn M. (Bowers) Lodge.
Anita was a registered nurse and worked in home health.
Survivors include her daughters, Angel Sarver, Debbie Delp and Tammy Chestnut, son, Randy Delp, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
Burial will be at a later date in Ohio.
