Andrew Putmon

Andrew Lee Putmon lost his courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, April 4, 2010 at the age of 24. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 27, 1985 to his loving parents Randy and Sheila Putmon.

Andrew enjoyed fishing, watching trains, being with friends and family, and he was an avid St. Louis Blues hockey fan.

He is survived by his parents, and his three siblings, Bryan (22), Amber (20), and Christofer (17). His extended family includes his grandparents, Daniel and Lupe Tabers, 5 aunts, 5 uncles, 21 cousins, and countless friends and loved ones.

We all love you Drew. You were a son, a big brother, and a best friend. You were our sunshine, not a day will pass that we don't have you in our hearts. Your battle was short, but heroic. Your courage gives us strength. We will miss you every single day but we know that you're peaceful, pain free, and waiting for us in Heaven. We love you, for always.

Memorial gathering will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday April 10, 2010 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St.
