Thelma A. Fitzpatrick age, 60 passed away February 18th, 2018 in Springfield, MO

Thelma was born May 4th, 1957 in Ruidoso, NM to Joseph and Veardadell (Guillion) Adams. She served in the US Army as photographer. Thelma played and entertain at different venues in Branson, Missouri included Andy Williams Moonlight Theater.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Thelma is survived by her brother Joe Caruso and her sister, JoeAnna Cardona and many other relatives and friends.

A graveside service with Full Military Honors will be held at 9:00 am Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Springfield National Cemetery.

Inurnment will be at Springfield National Cemetery.
