Jon was born April 22nd, 1964 in Spingfield, Missouri, the son of Donald Edison Teague and Charley Mae (Sedberry) Teague.

Jon will be cremated and his ashes will be placed at Glenn Cemetery, South if Nixa, Missouri as a later date. where his parents are buried at.
