Obituary for Amy M. LaPoint

Amy M.  LaPoint
Amy Michelle LaPoint, 34 of Springfield passed away Sunday December 24, 2017 in Mercy Hospital.

Amy was born January 26, 1983 in Springfield, Missouri to Michael & Karen (Waggoner) Gray. Amy was a very talented creative person , a fantastic cook, she enjoyed crafts, painting and refurbishing furniture . But first and foremost in her life were her children, her husband and all her family.

Amy is survived by her husband, Aaron, her children, Katy, Kylie, Isabel and Noah; her parents, Michael & Karen Gray; her siblings, Timothy Gray (Eryn), Matthew Gray (Brenda); her grandparents, Mike & Kaye Gray; her nieces, Haley and Noel; her in-laws, Rick and Karen LaPoint, sister-in-law, Michelle Taylor (Nick), grandfather, Daniel Becker and grandmother, Lori LaPoint, nieces, Hayden and Claire and many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday December 28, 2017 in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with Msgr. Thomas Reidy celebrant. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the church.
