Obituary for Bradley John Smith

Bradley John  Smith
Bradley John Smith, 50, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 after a short illness. Brad was born on June 20, 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Gail F. and Janet L. Smith.

Brad loved his family, friends, music, Chiefs football and Cardinal baseball. He worked in the restaurant food and beverage industry in both sales and service most of his life. His amazing sense of humor will be missed by all.

Brad was preceded in death by his dad, Gail. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Violet, her mother, Janette, his mother, Jan, brothers Clay (Debbie) and Nathan (Jill) and three beautiful nieces, Taryn, Alexa and Lilly, as well as many relatives and friends.

Memorial visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 1, 2017 with prayer services beginning at 7:30 p.m. all in Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut Street.

Memorial mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday Aug. 2, 2017 in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Violet's education fund would be greatly appreciated. Checks may be made out to Merrill Lynch FBO Violet Smith, send to the attention of.: Steve Loyd, 1630 E. Bradford Pkwy., Suite J, Springfield, MO 65804.
