C. Carol Petereit of Harrison, Arkansas, was born November 11th, 1946 in Pond Gap, West Virginia.

She was married to Karl H. Petereit on December 28, 1963 in Norfolk, Virgina.

She was a supportive and loving wife, supporting her husband during his 23 year Naval career and raising their children. She was a loving mother and strong in her faith, loved by all who knew her.

She left us to be with our Heavenly Father on July 18, 2017 in Springfield, Missouri.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Karl Petereit, daughters Christel (Blain) Lefort of Raleigh, NC and Charlotte Petereit of Spring, TX; grandsons Bradley (Chelsea) Lefort of Atlanta, GA and Chase Lefort of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by her sister Norma Armstrong of Harrison, AR and twin brother Darrell (Sandy) Martin of Fort Wayne, IN, her sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws and numerous other aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins spread across the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents Cecil Hamilton and Thelma Hamilton, sister Della Wilson, brother Roger Berry, brother Charles Martin.

A memorial service will be held Saturday July 22, 2017 at 2:00pm at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Harrison, Arkansas with Pastor Eric Stefanski officiating.
