Obituary for Robert William Jones

Robert William  Jones
Robert William Jones, age 51, living in Springfield, Missouri, passed away on 3-13-17 at about 9:30 a.m. in his home. He was raised in Springfield, Missouri and attended school there. Robert attended Wilder elementary, Hickory Hills junior high and Glendale High School. Robert graduated from Glendale High in 1983. Robert was born to Robert Dale Jones and Dorothy Elizabeth Jones on April 29, 1965. Robert was the owner and operator of Ace Heating and Cooling Company for a number of years. Prior to starting his own business, Robert worked for his father, who owned and operated Aarctic Heating and Cooling, Inc. in Springfield, Missouri. Robert’s father passed away in 1990 and his mother passed away in 1994. Robert’s paternal and maternal grandparents have also passed. Robert was an extremely intelligent and bright child. Robert had many friends and was always willing to help a friend in their time of need. In his leisure time, Robert enjoyed hunting, camping, and fishing throughout his lifetime.

The visitation will take place between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and the service will begin at 2 p.m., with Pastor Scott Bailey-Kirk of Wesley United Methodist Church officiating. All friends and family are welcome to attend both the visitation and the service. It is expected that the burial will take place at Hazelwood Cemetary in Springfield, Missouri.
