Lester Ray Gideon, Sr., 64, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2017 at 6:05 a.m. at Cox Medical Center South. Ray grew up in Ozark, Missouri and loved bullriding, rodeos, and watching Nascar. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Ethel Gideon, grandson, Devon Gideon, and the love of his life, Judy.

He is survived by two sons, Little Ray and Jason Gideon; 6 grandkids, 10 nieces and nephews, and one great-niece; brothers, Jim and Larry Gideon; sisters, Ann Clark and Shirley Wydicks, and his favorite brother-in-law, Randy Wydicks.

Private services will be held by the family.
