Elizabeth Van Horn age 53, Springfield, Missouri passed away December 10th, 2016 in Springfield.
Elizabeth was born November 19th, 1963 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She is survived by two daughters Rachel Clark and husband Fred, Amber Emmett, one son Chris Garretson and one sister Sarah Bloom, Osceola, Missouri.
No services are planned. Arrangements are under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
