MELISSA LYNN HART, 63

Melissa Hart, 63, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2016.

Born September 23, 1953 in Amarillo, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Jeannene Cameron, Tom Hart and John B. Cameron.

She is survived by her two sons, Dustin Hilinski & wife Jane, of Winter Garden, Florida, and Shawn Smith of Springfield, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Alex, Tristen, Tessa, Mariah, Cash, Koah, Cameron & Kaiden; one great-granddaughter Lillian; one brother Mark Hart and nephew Mark David Hart.

Melissa was a long time resident of Springfield where she lived for the last 25 years. She had a Masters Degree in Communications from MSU where she also worked as a professor and coordinator for online education until her retirement.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, watching movies, and vacationing in Florida. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
