Message: I just found out that Bill passed away earlier this year. I am saddened by this news. Bill was a wonderful man and I will greatly miss him. He was a blessing during the loss of my husband, Brad, and helped me through that time. My deepest sympathies to Nancy and family.

Message: Bill was such a joy to see walk in our office in Bolivar, Buffalo, Marshfield and Warsaw. He managed to make the rounds to visit everyone in our Juvenile Office. He shared many of his great adventures while fishing, visiting Colorado, his boys. I remember him speaking about his sons being a professional in archery competition and one was a great football coach. He would also share many pictures of elk, his prize fly fishing rod and scenery. Bill had such a love of life and helping others and was so uplifting each time he came to visit. I visited with Bill for many hours about the juvenile system, treatment resources and our families. My two kids had even met Bill while at the office. He was always so welcoming to anyone and treated everyone he came into contact with kindness. Thank you Bill for your unconditional love for helping others.
