Jean Annette Keithley 65, Springfield, Missouri passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 in Springfield. She was born May 30, 1951, in Hannibal, Missouri to Charles and Betty Keithley. Jean worked at Cox Hospital for several years in the records department. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Joyce McPherson.
Survivors include a stepson Andy Pudvah and grandson Norman Pudvah, Houston, Tx, a sister Janet Keithley and husband Jack West, Springfield. Her nieces and nephews Angela and Johnnie Burgess, Lori and Tory Stellick, Gina Heitz, Jana Kolthoff, Jarrett and Cathleen Kolthoff, and several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 22,2016 in Maple Park Cemetery, Springfield. With family and friends visitation prior from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
