Condolences

Condolence From: Katie Bagley
Condolence: Nonna with the sparkling eyes, bright smile and rosy cheeks!
So many talents, gifted hands....tailoring and sewing, knitting, culinary delights like piadina, gnocchi , chicken cacciatore....She was an excellent folder of laundry and small plastic grocery bags!!!!
and did I mention she was a champion at Bruscola?
Our birthdays were close...."autumn babies",
and we had an "understanding" beyond language....though she was always on me to learn Italian! Hey ditto Nonna, how's about a little English on your end? Eh?(that's my Italian Eh? with hands raised querily!)
And who could forget the shake of her head and an impish grin while chiming "Madonna Mia"?
I loved Nonna, still do...she makes me smile and even laugh out loud, even now.
Meggie, Maurizio, Cherie and Robby, know that you are often in my thoughts and I hope you all know what a gift you gave Nonna, being able to live with her son, daughter in law and grandchildren....and even Ginger. She was able to feel a part of an extended family and she knew she was loved. That gives a person a deep peace and contentment...being safe in your arms, being safe in your love.
I would pray that during this time of sorrow you can feel that love of family surround you, and the Love of the Lord console you.
Peace in Christ

Condolence From: Doris O'Reilly-Dillon
Condolence: Rest in peace Nonna. It was a pleasure to know you for the short time you lived next to us in Lyndhurst. One of my and Rick's favourite memories of you is when you made us gnocchi from the potatoes Rick gave you from our garden. Your cooking was magical and you were a delight. All the best, Rick and Doris O'D

Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers are with your beloved Mother-Grandmother during this difficult time.
She was so lucky to be able to spend her final years with your beautiful family.
May the peace that comes from the memories of love shared comfort you now and in the days ahead. Love, Patrick & Christine Bagley
