Allen William  Falk
Allen William Falk was born September 23rd in Milwaukee, WI 1945 and passed away March 28, 2016 at the age of 70.

Allen married Sandra K. McQuown on February 19, 1966.

Allen had 7 brothers and sisters: Diane (Bunny) Hug and husband Jim, Constance (Coni) Kroncke, Jack Falk and wife Juanita, Lucetta (Lulie) Jasinski and husband Phil, Mary Jene and husband Jeff, Kathi Hlasny and husband Dan, and Orville Jr. (Corky) Falk and wife Mary.

Allen and Sandy had five children: Jenny Cope and significant other Chris Dugan of Springfield, MO, John Falk and Wife Suzanne of Springfield, MO, Joe Falk and Wife Linda of Springfield, MO, Jody Vecchio and husband Tony of Pomme de Terre, and Mark Allen Falk and significant other Roque Boyer of Springfield, MO. He had 7 beloved grandchildren.

Allen served proudly in the Navy and was a member of the VFW.

Allen lived in Springfield, MO, where he worked first as a mechanic, then as an Independent Contractor for a damage appraisal service.

From marching in drum corps to playing in his beloved band, Allen was a drummer his whole life. He particularly loved playing with Missouri Country Express in the Ozarks and often included his family on stage. Allen was an entertainer in life as well as on stage, and he never knew a stranger. Allen spent a lot of his life as a firefighter in rural communities. He served as a First Responder and Fire Chief in Wheatland, MO. When called upon, he would stop whatever he was doing at a moment’s notice and help whomever was in need. Allen also greatly enjoyed fishing, camping, and being with his grandchildren and family.

Memorial services will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday April 9, 2016 in Glenstone Baptist Church, 413 S. Glenstone Ave.
