Dear sister-in-law, aunt and friend.

Frances was devoted to her family. She and Joe loved travel and nature, and their children have fond memories of camping trips to many state and national parks. After their transfer to Springfield, MO they retired to the farm they had always dreamed of, where they gardened and raised cattle. Their happiest times were when their many grandchildren and great-grandchildren enjoyed time at the farm playing in the hay loft, having hay rides, bonfires, sleigh riding and fishing. Mom was the heart of our family. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

Visitation in Springfield, MO will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday February 26, 2015 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St. Springfield, MO.

Visitation in Florissant, MO will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, February 28, 2015, 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Florissant, MO.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The American Heart Association are appreciated.
