Condolence: Sweet Marie! We will miss your kind and generous spirit. I'm so glad we got to be email pen pals over the years. I will miss sending you updates on the boys. You were the last remaining grandparent/great grandparent in our family. We're grateful for the blessing you were to us! We love you.

Condolence: I am sincerely sorry to hear about Marie's passing. We lived next door to Bob and Marie for 3 years in Fairfax. We were new and had two loud and playful young boys at the time. Marie and Bob were so kind to our little military family. We ended up having a 3rd child after we moved away and named her Clara Marie. Marie always had a soft spot in her heart for little Clara even though she only met her twice. She always remembered Clara's birthday. We made a point of visiting Marie each time we returned to Fairfax when we visited. We loved keeping in touch with her. She was such a kind and thoughtful friend. She will be missed.
