Obituary for Marie M. Pattison (Middleton)

Marie M.  Pattison (Middleton)
Marie M. Pattison, age 87, of Springfield, Missouri passed away on Sunday morning, October 8, 2017 at The Maples Assisted Living in Springfield, Missouri.

She was born on February 19, 1930 in Downing, Missouri, the daughter of Hollie Middleton and Hazel (McCuskey) Middleton.

Marie received her Master’s Degree and went on to be a Nurse for the Congress Foreign Service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hollie and Hazel Middleton; both of her husbands, Glen Spitler who died in 1989 and Robert Pattison who died in 2010; five brothers and sisters, Robert E. Middleton, Margaret E. Bruner, Jim D. Middleton, Joe T. Middleton and Doris H. Anderson.

Marie is survived by five brothers and sisters, Mary A. Hale, Ellen R. Shepherd, Hazel A. Hawkins, George D. Middleton and Carol L. McIntire; a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, October 13, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Springfield, Missouri with Father Colby Elbert celebrant.
